Click:19206 Date:2011/10/14 17:14:03

Periarthritis humeroscapularis is a common disease that usually appears by age of about

50,so it is also called’50-shoulder’ conventionally. The initial phase of the symptom shows:

aching and weak of the shoulder, reluctant to strain, to be succeeded with odd sensations

as aches and distending pains, unable to lift up, stiffness of the shoulder, unbearable and

untellable pains when turning over in bed or bending the elbows or putting the hand

backward. Periathritis humeroscapularis is characterized by inseparable diseases, bid risk of

recurrence, and even lifetime misery if it is not timely treated.

Control Method BY Means Of Guoren Therapeutic Apparatus

I. Therapeutic time:

The treatment of periarthritis of shoulders should be conducted preferably at the initial phase when any sign of such disease is discovered to the joint. At this stage, it will be feasible to get the disease effectively controlled by way of treatment at a frequency of 1 hour a day for 3-5 days. When swelling and distending pains appears, the treatment should be carried out twice every day and above 1 hour each time for about one week before it is brought to control, when swelling pains and stiffness appears or the pain becomes unbearable, the treatment should then be carried out at a frequency of thrice every day and above 1 hour every time for at least 20 days in addition to proper rest before the disease is considerably controlled.

II. Therapeutic Method:

Aim TDP therapeutic apparatus head at and irradiate the aching part of the shoulder. Application time and times shall be adjusted according to the symptom phases described above, and in case the low-temperature soft therapeutic apparatus head is applied, the time can be lengthened to hours or whole-night treatment may be applied.

III. Cautions:

1.       There shouldn’t be any barriers between the diseased part and the therapeutic

apparatus head, otherwise, no therapeutic effect may be achieved. In serious cases,

medicine wine promoting the blood flow and ending the stasis may be applied to the

diseased part before it is treated.

2.       During course of treatment, the high-temperature type of therapeutic apparatus

head must be at least 20 cm away from the diseased part of the patient, when the skin feels

unbearable to the temperature of irradiation, the apparatus head can be adjusted to a

farther distance from the diseased part. When the low-temperature soft head apparatus or

a temperature-controlled product is applied, the temperature should be adjusted to or set

at an agreeable temperature fore the skin to the extent that will not burn the skin.

3.       During course of treatment or within 1 hour after treatment, please don’t drink any

water. But however drink a cup of self-made bean milk or yoghourt every morning.

4.       During course of treatment, you must pay attention to rest, and no intensified

physical ability exercises shall be permitted.

5.       In autumn and winter, don’t let the shoulder get a cold in a sleep in order to avoid the

 intensification and recurrence of diseases.

6.         Physical exercises: Through active treatment, over 95% of the patients of periarthritis humeroscapularis can be cured, as for those of serious symptom condition, physical exercise must be needed in addition to the comprehensive treatment. The method is ‘turn around the arm inward and outward’ and ‘stretch up both hands to climb the wall while closely sticking to the wall’. If physical exercise is persisted, even the most stubborn periarthritis humeroscpularis can be cured.
